This warranty offer is as extra step to show you how much we care about our products!
1. We always send 1% free easily-broken spare parts together with container when order reaches one full container for single model. Normally, this is enough for you to remain the products in good working conditions. If you need more spare parts, you can buy with us.
2. All products sold on BESTAR include a 3~6 months parts warranty. It is valid after the date of arrival.
3. The object and period:
(1) If there is any problem with electric motor we will change it freely in 6-months period.
(2) If there is any problem with 4-strokes gas engine we will change it freely in 6-months period.
(3) If there is any problem with 2-strokes gas engine we will change it freely in 3-months period.
(4) If there is any problem with charger or controller in 6-months, we are responsible to change it freely.
(5) If the capacity of battery is lower than 60% of stated capacity of battery in 6-months, we are responsible to change it freely.
(6) Bulb, Tire, Inner tube, Spark plug and other easily broken parts are not included in the range of free of change list or free of repair list. We present 2% easily worn parts already when delivering.
4. Warranty is only valid if a product has malfunction due to manufacturers defect. It does not cover user negligence, error, recklessness or damage during transportation.
5. In the period of free charge after sale service, you should undertake the charge of sending faulty parts back to us, and we will bear the charge of sending replacements to you.
6. Owner must contact BESTAR prior to any warranty claim. Buyer must present evidence that the claimed products were bought with BESTAR and the malfunction is due to manufacturer's defect. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by BESTAR in advance.
Very important: Please always provide us with enough photos when complaining about a visual defect of our products, in case of no photos, we are not responsible for errors, or omissions in sending spare parts.
